The Integral unit (shown top) has the stethoscope head integrated into the cuff, positioned perfectly for auscultation and allowing single handed operation, even enabling self testing. The stethoscope is permanently integrated into the cuff, so can not get lost !

In the seperate unit (shown botom) option, the stethoscope is provided as a stand alone independent single headed stethoscope.
